We’re Hiring: Director of Emerging and Developing Markets - Marco Sales Trading.
We are seeking a Director of Investor Sales with a strong focus on emerging and developing markets. This is a senior client-facing role, engaging primarily with hedge funds and asset managers, where you will be responsible for originating and delivering strategic macro trade ideas — from generation through to execution.
What we’re looking for:
5–10 years’ experience in a client-facing macro sales role
Deep understanding of financial markets and emerging markets dynamics
Proven ability to generate and deliver strategic, tradable ideas
Strong skills in cross-asset correlation, scenario analysis, and strategic thinking
Excellent prioritisation and client engagement skills

Responsibilities
  • To develop the Bank’s relationships with Clients through marketing and sales of Financial Market products covered by the Investor Sales desk
  • Enable Business Growth by strong engagement with Product offering and coverage of Investor Clients
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders including Trading, Structuring and Risk Teams
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to Regulatory standards of Trade Capture and booking models
  • Support Junior Talent on the desk and nurture developments
