This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Taiwan and help expand our Employee Experience (EX) solution. This role focuses on delivering diverse solutions to clients, driving culture and behavior change, and creating a strong employee experience. The job content will include leading sales and customer delivery. This is a key position in Taiwan's fast-growing solutions sector, where you will work with a group of passionate colleagues and leverage leading insights (ICs) and digital tools. You'll demonstrate the ability to build deep and lasting relationships, design and articulate compelling EX and change strategies, and build concrete solutions based on deep expertise, both your own and others' expertise. You have access to a suite of strategic advisors and digital solutions. This role also requires strategic thinking, technical understanding, sales leadership, solution architecture, and teamwork coordination skills, focusing on improving EX's opportunities and turning ideas into actionable actions.
