Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is responsible for the Vendor Management teams across the complete portfolio of End Point Devices & Specialty including management business units supporting HPI, Lenovo, Eaton, Meta, DC POS/Industry Solutions and ProAV.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that there are specific vendor growth plans, achieving vendor targets aligned with the overall country budget and taking market share using market mapping data to help prioritise and target key areas for growth. This role is also strategically aligned with the transformation to a platform business and evolving into an overall category management approach across the overall vendor portfolio.
This role will also be a member of the ANZ Executive Leadership Team and be responsible for working collaboratively with the broader leadership team on defining and prioritising key initiatives to adapt to changing technologies and market trends to ensure Ingram Micro Australia grows faster than the overall market. Also unique to this role is the responsibility to work across the regional and global vendor management teams to ensure strategic alignment and prioritisation of global, regional, and local vendor relationships.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic vendor growth plans to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic vendor partnerships, ensuring long-term collaboration and profitability.
  • Lead vendor onboarding, business reviews, and market analysis to enhance portfolio strength and market presence.
  • Drive business transformation initiatives, including Regional and Global strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with the ANZ Executive Leadership Team to accelerate business growth.
