The Director, Engineering and Technology’s primarily responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Overseeing program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Developing and mentoring engineering talent across multiple business areas
• Ensuring engineering solutions meet technical, schedule, cost, and risk requirements
• Applying engineering resources to campaigns and programs
• Fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and engineering excellence
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Leading Capability Investment and Functional Projects
