Key Responsibilities 1. GPE / GES Operations Leadership * Own end‑to‑end GPE / GES delivery for Europe from the Bucharest center, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments are consistently met. * Drive adoption and compliance to Global Project Execution GDM, standard work processes, KPIs, and MOS across all project execution activities * Ensure seamless integration with Project Engineering, Program Management, and Business teams across European GBEs. * Lead execution governance, risk management, escalation, and recovery for critical or complex project and programs.   2. Center Growth & Regional Expansion (Europe) * Develop and execute a multi‑year growth strategy to scale the Bucharest GPE center in support of European demand, backlog, and future growth. * Partner with European business leaders to:  * Expand scope of work (complexity, value, and accountability) * Increase capacity and capability aligned to demand and SIOP * Position Bucharest as a preferred near‑shore execution hub for Europe, balancing cost, skills, speed, and quality.   3. People, Talent & Culture * Build, inspire, and retain high‑performing, diverse, and future‑ready GPE teams. * Own talent strategy including hiring, onboarding, skills development, career paths, and succession planning. In addition ensure representing HTCS with local universities under UR relationships * Drive skills and competency uplift aligned with GPE skills frameworks, labor SIOP, and cross‑GBE mobility.  * Foster a strong culture of:  * Accountability and ownership * Continuous improvement and Lean / Six Sigma mindset * Collaboration across regions and functions   4. Transformation, Standardization & Digitization * Lead transformation initiatives across:  * Process standardization * Engineering excellence * Digitization and automation * Champion adoption of GPE technology stack and execution platforms (e.g., Project Assist, Teamcenter, Polarion, Rulestream, analytics dashboards) to improve productivity and predictability. * Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven insights, KPIs, and operational reviews.   5. Financial, Capacity & Performance Management * Own financial performance for the Bucharest GPE center (cost, productivity, utilization). * Partner with SIOP and demand teams to:  * Align capacity with European demand * Improve forecast accuracy and execution predictability * Deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, on‑time delivery, margin support, and customer satisfaction.
