About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Engineering to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. · Develop and communicate strategic vision, goals, and objectives in alignment with the overall business strategy. · Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. · Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. · Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, effectively to support project priorities and meet organizational goals. · Provide technical direction and guidance, ensuring the use of best practices, methodologies, and technologies to drive innovation and achieve technical excellence.
