In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee engineering coordination, technical integrity, and program-level engineering performance across all our projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset combined with strong technical expertise, demonstrating the ability to drive excellence and innovation while maintaining the highest standards of engineering quality and execution. Oversee and coordinate engineering activities across all active projects, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives Establish and maintain technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols across the engineering department Monitor and evaluate program-level engineering performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and technical excellence Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including project managers, operations, and executive leadership to ensure technical requirements are met Analyze complex engineering challenges and provide decisive solutions that balance technical integrity with project timelines and budgets Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to engineering staff Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with long-term organizational goals and market demands Manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across all programs Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role Proven expertise in engineering coordination and technical program management across multiple concurrent projects Strong knowledge of engineering principles, technical standards, and quality assurance methodologies Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions Excellent project and program management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget Experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Preferred: Experience with budget management and financial oversight Preferred: Background in mentoring and developing engineering talent Preferred: Familiarity with industry-specific engineering standards and certifications relevant to your field Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
