As Director Engineering – User Experience (UX) here at Honeywell, you will lead the transformation of UX across Honeywell Building Automation’s global portfolio of digital and physical solutions. You will redefine how users interact with complex systems spanning software, hardware, and real-world workflows, shifting UX from interface design to a research-driven, outcome-focused discipline that directly shapes product strategy and customer value. This role is crucial in enhancing the capability and effectiveness of the UX team by driving the upskilling of Gen AI and UX for AI/ML capabilities, advocating for end-user co-creation and fostering an innovative and user-centered design environment.  You will report to the Chief Technology Officer, Building Automation and work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
