REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise architecture.
• Proven success delivering custom Force.com enterprise apps in a leadership role.
• Expertise in integration technologies and master data management (MDM).
• Experience leading development/release management strategies and enterprise change management.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting and presentations.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a Director, Enterprise Architecture with deep Salesforce / Force.com platform leadership experience. This senior consultant will advise on enterprise architecture strategy, Salesforce development standards, integration best practices, and governance frameworks.
The Director will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding solution design, environment management, testing strategies, and enterprise-level change management. This role requires proven success defining and delivering custom Force.com applications at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and implement enterprise architecture standards for Salesforce solutions.
• Advise on application/integration best practices, solution design, and governance frameworks.
• Review and validate technical design documents leveraging Salesforce.
• Oversee release management, change management, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred).
• Identify and mitigate risks in architecture or program direction.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with enterprise standards.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize business processes using Salesforce.
