This role blends client leadership, commercial ownership, and delivery alignment—ensuring customers achieve measurable value while driving sustained revenue growth. You will serve as the senior point of accountability for key accounts, guiding adoption, expansion, and long-term success across complex SaaS deployments. What You’ll Be Responsible For Enterprise Account Ownership Act as the executive sponsor and primary point of contact for high-value enterprise customers. Build deep, trusted relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders across client organizations. Ensure long-term customer success by aligning platform capabilities with evolving business priorities. Revenue Expansion & Growth Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives. Own commercial outcomes for assigned accounts, including renewals, expansions, and revenue forecasting. Lead strategic account planning to maximize lifetime value and wallet share. Client Onboarding & Delivery Alignment Oversee onboarding and enterprise-scale rollouts, ensuring smooth implementation and rapid adoption. Partner with delivery, product, and technology teams to ensure commitments are met with high quality. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure client satisfaction. Solution & Deal Leadership Lead enterprise pitches, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations for new and existing accounts. Translate complex business requirements into structured scopes via SOWs, RFIs, and RFP responses. Support solution design discussions in collaboration with presales and technical teams. Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform account strategy. Use CRM and analytics insights to track account health, pipeline progression, and growth opportunities. Share strategic customer insights with leadership to influence product direction and go-to-market strategy. What Makes You a Strong Fit 10+ years of experience managing enterprise SaaS clients in account management, client success, or strategic sales roles. Proven ability to grow and retain large accounts through consultative engagement and value delivery. Strong experience working across complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated success in executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with multiple parallel priorities. Solid understanding of SaaS delivery models, integrations, and enterprise implementation cycles. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience collaborating closely with presales, solution engineering, or delivery teams. Background in consultative selling or solution-oriented account leadership roles. Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets and forecasts.
