What You’ll Do
Shape the Strategy: Craft and execute bold, comprehensive marketing strategies that attract new enterprise accounts and deepen connections with existing customers.
Build a Dream Team: Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability to deliver exceptional results.
Regional Power Plays: Activate targeted 1:few programs across key regions, leveraging ABM tactics, ensuring every campaign resonates with local audiences.
Grow Top Accounts with ABM: Leads the charge on ABM and execution-applying 1:1 and 1:Few tactics to accelerate growth in top Enterprise accounts, orchestrate tailored plays with sales, and uncover whitespace opportunities that support Land & Expand growth.
Sales Synergy: Partner with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals, driving measurable pipeline growth.
Executive Engagement: Design and execute strategies to captivate and connect with key decision-makers, building lasting relationships.
Demand Generation Mastery: Lead field marketing initiatives that spark demand, boost engagement, and accelerate customer acquisition.
Data-Driven Innovation: Harness advanced analytics to measure success and continuously refine marketing approaches for maximum impact.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with central marketing, sales, and BDR teams to ensure cohesive execution across all initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Expertise in field marketing & ABM strategies that drive results.
  • A knack for developing regional marketing campaigns and executive engagement programs.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a talent for achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills that inspire collaboration and excellence.
  • Analytical prowess, using data to inform decisions and optimize strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 12+ years of enterprise marketing experience, with a proven track record in field marketing and knowledge of ABM.
  • Success in high-growth enterprise technology or software companies, delivering measurable pipeline growth.
    Compensation:
    The target salary range for this position is 198,050 - 293,700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
