As Director, ePMO, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and lead a high-performing team responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and delivery of the organisation’s major project portfolio. You’ll work closely with senior executives and stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives, operational cycles, and community outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic planning, prioritisation, and execution of major projects.
• Overseeing project governance frameworks, change management, and benefit realisation.
• Providing high-level advice to executive leadership and governance committees.
• Building project management capability across the organisation.
• Driving culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
