Director, Marketing, Equipment Services

What you’ll do

  • Lead a team of global marketers managing across target market segments, driving growth of a Cytiva’s equipment services portfolio and spare parts
  • Directly contribute to the development of annual marketing targets based on funnel fill, funnel coverage and consequential business growth. Deliver budgeted performance for the business in alignment and coordination with our hardware business unit marketers across Cytiva..
  • Drive rigorous processes for marketing demand generation across a decentralized site structure.
  • Participate in defining and planning a customer focused marketing strategy with short- and long-term plans
  • Maintain a robust marketing funnel fill rate to forecast future orders and drive bookings and revenue growth and results to achieve annual budget
  • Adhere, implement, and improve global processes and metrics to effectively drive the business
  • Oversee and review the implementation of policies and procedures that ensure strict compliance with all brand, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize the Danaher DBS Growth tools and Daily Management, Holistic View of Commercial (HVC)/Commercial Growth Engine etc to drive continuous improvement in marketing process and growth drivers
  • Interface across Cytiva marketing teams in all equipment BUs and global marcom teams to facilitate effective marketing planning and execution such as Business Unit (Strategic Marketing, Demand Generation, Business Insights and Marketing Operations), Quality, Budget, Human Resources and Legal compliance
