We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director to join our European Institutional Lending team in Dublin, with the focus on the Financial Institutions sector in the EU. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Take responsibility for thoughtful credit solutions to the EU client base (financial institutions, broker-dealers, asset managers and funds) Lead the team of underwriters, responsible for the origination, structuring, negotiation of legal documents and underwriting effort of credit facilities and stand-by letters of credit Work in tandem with Credit Risk Management and Legal stakeholders to ensure that all proposed credit exposures are following existing credit policies and adequately secured / mitigated Closely cooperate with country executives, global client managers and relationships lead to address EU clients’ credit and relationship needs for various types of products Contribute to the achievement of the Institutional Lending team’s collective objectives globally To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. MBA and/or additional qualifications (CFA, ACCA, FRM) are a plus Vast work experience preferred Experience in leading and organizing teams.
