We are currently accepting applications for the position of Director - Experiential and Immersive learning. This position will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight over our broad range of programs across the school. With four direct reports, this is a unique opportunity to join our community in a key leadership role.
This position will commence at the start of the 2026 academic year and will be tenured for a period of 5 years.

• A deep understanding of, and passion for, experiential and immersive learning
• Lead and design the implementation of a whole-school experiential learning strategy
• Evolve programs, ensuring they are progressive, inclusive, and align with Carey’s educational priorities and values
• Ensure programs safely delivered through a high standard of compliance and operational safety
• Oversee program operations, including scheduling, documentation, risk assessments and budgeting
• Inspire and lead a diverse team of staff across different departments
• This position will include a small teaching component
