REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree level education in a construction or Quantity Surveying related field (or equivalent).
• Relevant MSc would be an advantage (or equivalent).
• RICS qualified or equivalent.
• Ideally 5-10 years of construction related industry experience.
• Ideally 3+ years quantum expert experience.
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent report writing skills and comfortable analysing large sets of data.
• Energetic, pro-active and professional.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal/written.

• Acting as the named quantum expert or as the lead assistant to one of our globally recognised quantum experts involved in international arbitration, litigation or ADR.
• Drafting expert reports and leading the analysis for the final reports.
• Experience of testifying under cross examination.
• Providing advisory services to Clients.
• Ability to win own expert appointments. Generating USD 125,000+ of new fees for the business per annum.
• Managing the workload and career development of team members.
• Attending and organising client events.
• UK based with some national and international travel.
