Job Description Technology Services - Finance & Accounting Presales Solution Architect Location Preference : Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore Job Description Position Overview: The Presales and Solution Lead is responsible for shaping the overall technical solution for all new opportunities. owns the end-to-end presales vision for transforming customer and operational experiences across industry verticals in the Finance & Accounting (F&A) domain (mandatory) You will be the technical and solution lead during presales from Technology Services, working closely with clients to understand their F&A operations, identify pain points, and design transformative solutions leveraging Jiffy.AI and ERP capabilities. This includes facets from architecture, approach, sizing, WNS Products/technology solution for Jiffy.AI (mandatory), integration of platforms and related deployment. The individual is responsible for all technical components of the solution with good understanding of F&A domain (P2P, O2C, R2R). Responsibilities : As an Individual contributor (IC), should handle preparation of proposals, RFP and RFI responses, process assessments, functionality gap analysis and client presentations/demos in the F&A domain Formulate appropriate estimation and cost constructs for pricing of deals, ensuring proposals are competitive and reflect the value delivered F&A Domain & Solution Expertise: Possess an excellent understanding of core F&A processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) Jiffy.AI & AI Workflow Tool : Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AI-based Industry Workflow Tools, specifically Jiffy.AI, and be able to articulate its capabilities and value propositions within the F&A context. ERP Finance Module Proficiency: Exhibit a solid understanding and practical experience with at least one major ERP's Finance module (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Develop technical specifications for architecture and application development• Design the solution from transition till deployment and support Develop cost and pricing models. Support in drafting of related SOW contract clauses Work with third party software vendors and develop technical expertise in essential 3rd party software systems Assist sales and client facing teams to understand and present the software solution to clients, through technical briefings and on -site client meetings Pls note : This role is part of the Technology Presales Team with mandatory experience required on F&A domain and Jiffy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, or in Finance (CA/MBA (Finance)/CPA/ICWA/CMA). Experience: 15+ years in presales or solution consulting, with a strong, dedicated focus on Finance & Accounting (F&A) solutions and proven experience with AI/automation platforms, particularly Jiffy.AI. Expertise in at least one major ERP (SAP / Oracle or one of mid size ERP example Netsuite , MS Dynamics) and experience of blue print and implementation will be preferred. Skills: Exceptional clarity of communication and analytical skills are a must, enabling effective interaction with both technical and business stakeholders up to the C-suite level.
