Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of the Offices of Maintenance, Grounds, and Energy and Sustainability in the Department of Facilities Management and Strategic Planning. Administers contract maintenance, security, and the 24/7/365 Emergency Call Center. Administers grounds maintenance and repair programs. Administers energy management and sustainability services.
