THE ROLE & THE TEAM

Fashion is Zalando’s largest proposition with the aim of helping our 46m customers feel confident, safe and happy with their fashion choices, serving them across different styles, for different purposes and during various stages in life. Our proposition´s offer attracts, inspires and surprises in ways that are special to our customers and fulfil our customers’ basic assortment needs. We gain our customers’ trust and loyalty through excitement, newness, availability and excellent service across multiple Fashion portfolios. We ensure assortment relevance and availability through customer-data-based planning that we use to identify current and future key assortment and brands. With the most important brands, we build long-term partnerships to secure assortment access and continue to be the customers’ Starting Point for Fashion.
As part of the Fashion Proposition Executive team, you will be responsible for the operational success of the wholesale business for the Fashion proposition as well as Designer & Private Label. This includes both the purchase to pay processes as well as product quality and safety. You are also responsible for the Fashion Insights & Analytics team. You develop a culture of continuous improvement to increase efficiency in our processes as well as raising the bar in our data reporting and analytics.
As an ideal candidate, you will bring strong stakeholder management skills, experience in operational excellence and analytics as well as project management. You will establish and nurture a high-performance culture across a large team (~190 employees). You will report to the Vice President of Fashion.
