WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Oversee a broad functional unit within the Financial Crimes Compliance Department.
• Provide leadership and guidance on legal, regulatory, and compliance programs.
• Identify and mitigate risk exposure related to high-risk industries.
• Support business development and new product initiatives with compliance oversight.
• Supervise and develop managers and staff across multiple locations.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risk.
• Represent the company in regulatory discussions and industry events.
• Deliver training and manage communications on regulatory changes and compliance strategies.
• Conduct performance evaluations, manage budgets, and set departmental priorities.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ROLE:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
