JOB SUMMARY

The Director, TM Design & Product Owner role is a key strategic role for the operational execution of Transaction Monitoring Solutions. This role is responsible for shaping the future-state vision of transaction monitoring, driving innovation and operational efficiency, overseeing system and process transformation, and ensuring alignment with global regulatory expectations. Seasoned and strategic leader to serve as Director, TM Design and Product Owner, based in Singapore, to lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and regulatory alignment of Transaction Monitoring solutions across the enterprise. This role will be pivotal in shaping how the bank detects and responds to financial crime risk, meeting both internal standards and jurisdiction-specific regulatory obligations
