Responsibilities

Lead the Marketing function across APJ and act as a key partner to the regional vice president to establish marketing priorities that align to sales priorities

  • Ensure each Field Marketing team member embraces and drives a well-defined marketing plan aligned to in-country sales priorities
  • Drive opportunity generation and pipeline acceleration, including demand generation campaigns, field events, trade shows, digital programs, direct mail, telemarketing, and partner programs
  • Collaborate with Sales and Channel teams to oversee the timely execution of Field Marketing programs
  • Regularly monitor and assess Marketing performance against plan, manage metrics to demonstrate ROI against Marketing program budget, and track the success of programs
  • Own and manage budget and spend, and work with the Marketing team to create a quarterly marketing investment plan for the regionCoach and develop team members and ensure they each have a development plan and career path
