Job Title: Director, Finance & Accounting

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a seasoned Director, Finance & Accounting to lead our Finance & Accounting function and serve as a trusted member of the Executive Leadership Team. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, ensuring the company’s financial health, compliance, and long-term growth. You’ll oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and risk management, while mentoring a talented team and collaborating with business leaders to drive results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead financial strategy, including forecasting, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and long-range planning.
• Oversee all day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and month- and year-end close.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate tax regulations, and internal controls, while supporting internal and external audits.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and executive presentations.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, foreign exchange exposure, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide strategic input on investment opportunities, capital financing, and ROI for key projects.
• Partner with senior leadership across the business to evaluate performance, support decision-making, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Mentor and develop the Finance & Accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
