Job Description: Job Title: Director, Finance The Role As a Director on the Fidelity Brokerage Finance Team, you will deliver impactful, insightful, and actionable financial analysis to our Digital business partners, guiding effective decision-making. This role is instrumental in supporting the Digital Product Domain as it strives to provide exceptional digital experiences and deliver strong business outcomes. Success in this position requires disciplined financial analysis, strong relationship-building, and the ability to communicate meaningful financial insights to business partners. You will work closely with several Product Areas within the Digital Domain, including Digital AI Solutions, Digital Transformation & Scale, and the AI Center of Excellence. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, key partners across business functions, and Finance teams across the firm. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience applying Finance skills and concepts Ability to combine strategic business perspective with strong project management and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to “tell the story” and influence executive decision-making Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consultative relationships across Finance and business teams Solid knowledge of financial modeling, presentation, and data visualization tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Tableau, Business Objects) Ability to teach and mentor others on financial tools and concepts Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The Team You will be part of the Fidelity Brokerage Finance Team, collaborating with Digital Product leaders and cross-functional partners to drive financial discipline and strategic insights. The base salary range for this position is $110,000-222,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
