Your tasks with MAXXimum focus Strategic & Management Overall responsibility for budget and sales planning, including liquidity development Establishment, management and further development of treasury, risk management and transfer pricing Management of M&A activities and promotion of our buy-and-build strategy Development and implementation of efficiency programmes at all levels Controlling and performance analysis based on KPIs with derivation of recommendations for action Identification and design of new business opportunities, including market analyses, business cases and feasibility studies Operational & Implementation Management and further development of commercial areas including finance, controlling, treasury, and, where applicable, tax/audit Management and optimisation of financial and liquidity processes Responsibility for (group) monthly and annual financial statements, inventories, reporting Digitisation and automation of financial processes, taking into account deadlines, terms and capacities (focus on AI and modern tools) Market, competition and benchmark analyses to derive operational measures Close cooperation with external partners and stakeholders Collaboration in the recruiting process for the relevant finance & controlling teams
