Walmart Omni-Channel Supply Chain is seeking a strategic and operationally savvy finance leader. As the Director of Supply Chain Finance, you will partner with the Vice President of Supply Chain Finance and serve as the connector for the Supply Chain Finance organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain Finance, this role requires the perfect combination of financial acumen and a strategic mindset to reduce our cost to serve through productivity improvement and automation. Additionally, the ability to understand business trends, foresee financial opportunities and risks, and effectively influence business results is an important part of the everyday. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
- 2 years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
- Supply Chain Finance experience
- Experience working in Fortune 100 finance
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
- Comfort with ambiguity
