Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the CFO, you will lead and manage a team of Controlling and Accounting professionals, while coordinating with external accounting and tax consultants across Germany, the UK, and Sweden.
  • You ensure accurate and timely standalone and consolidated financial reporting, including financial statements, budget vs. actual analysis, and group consolidation.
  • You set up and maintain strong internal controls while driving initiatives to streamline and standardize accounting and controlling processes.
  • You will serve as the primary contact and lead the end-to-end financial audit process for all relevant entities and at the consolidated level
  • You leverage your accounting and controlling expertise to implement and optimize a new group ERP system.
  • You collaborate closely with the FP&A team to provide accurate financial insights, align forecasting and budgeting processes, and ensure robust reporting structures
  • You establish and implement procurement processes to ensure efficient purchasing and effective vendor management
  • You manage and improve the company’s Net Working Capital
