Description

We are seeking a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to play a critical role in scaling our finance function as we prepare for our next phase of growth toward a potential IPO. This is a high‑impact, high-visibility role that combines hands‑on financial ownership with strategic partnership with business leaders. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of FP&A, this role will be the owner of budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for Professional Services Revenue, Subscription & Services Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), Research & Development (R&D), and General & Administrative (G&A) functions while also serving as a trusted advisor on gross margin and EBITDA margin expansion. This position is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in a fast‑paced SaaS environment, enjoys influencing decision‑making, and can translate complex data into clear business insights, consistent with expectations seen in pre‑IPO SaaS FP&A roles.
