Job DetailsJob Location: Manchester, NH 03101About the New Hampshire Fisher Cats: The New Hampshire Fisher Cats, Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, deliver exciting baseball and family-friendly events at Delta Dental Stadium. With a legacy of developing top talent and giving back through the Fisher Cats Foundation, they are a vital part of the Manchester community. The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are a proud member club of Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH). DBH was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through best practices, professional management, innovation, and investment. Success in this role requires the ability to engage in all facets of running an F&B operation from inspiring front-line employees to deliver exceptional customer service to managing vendors to achieve margins, to pricing and packaging optimization to drive top-line growth, to developing a multi-year plan including off-season revenue generation, and more. This leader will need immediate credibility for their knowledge of F&B operations with the organization, partners, and front-line employees, while at the same time, “thinking bigger” about how we can create an organization and operating model that will scale as DBH continues to add more clubs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the entire food service operation at Delta Dental Stadium, including: Concessions Suites Catering venues Establish and meet fiscal goals and budgets Develop, train, and manage on-site staff Monitor and control food and labor costs daily Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving food and beverage products Execute menus for all food service areas Ensure compliance with sanitation and cleanliness standards across all food facilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors Serve as the primary contact for all vendors and non-profit organizations Supervise and support all full-time and/or seasonal food service managers Lead and manage over 80 game day employees Communicate regularly with the GM of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats Maintain a hands-on management approach in all aspects of operations Any other duties as required QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: 3-5 years of previous leadership in the food and beverage industry (high volume venue/ concessions experience required), to include management of a large staff and focus on exceptional client and customer service Bachelors degree and/or appropriate combination of work and experience to support the on job effectiveness. Strong working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and general workplace safety standards with knowledge of Health Department requirements. Demonstrated financial acumen; P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience Flexibility to work extended or irregular work hours including nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to train staff in alcohol intervention, food handling, and sanitation. Strong communicative skills and the ability to effectively manage a seasonal workforce Technologically savvy, familiar with POS and Microsoft Office programs Culinary creativity and menu execution Sports experience preferred, not required
