Description The Food Service Manager oversee the daily operations of the campus dining facilities, ensuring that all food service workers adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that the dining experience meets the expectations of students, faculty, and staff. Key Responsibilities Team Management Operational Oversight Great customer Service Menu Planning & Innovation Budget Management Compliance & Safety Collaboration & Communication Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a college or university setting. Proven experience in managing a diverse team of food service workers. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
