The Director of Domestic FP&A is a highly skilled financial professional and key member of the Paramount Finance team. In this role, the Director helps lead the budgeting and forecasting for Domestic Home Entertainment business unit alongside the VP, Domestic FP&A. The Director plays a critical role in overseeing performance analysis, financial strategy development, and financial modeling while ensuring the accuracy and consistency of reporting systems. The Director interacts and collaborates with all departments within the Home Entertainment group as well as IT and Accounting, displaying strong project management skills and effective communication. The Director has a combination of strong financial acumen, technical expertise and outstanding organization skills and is instrumental in supporting senior management with ongoing and ad-hoc financial insights.
