Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance, the Director, FP&A will provide financial partnership to the Vice President of Finance for the Patient Advisory Services Division (PASD) within the Clinical Research Group (CRG). The Director of FP&A is a strategic finance leader responsible for driving the financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics of the division. This role partners with finance operations and business leaders to provide insights that support growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include driving the financial performance of the business by providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. This role will involve collaborating closely with division leaders and functional owners, to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.

This is a salaried role that will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Leadership & Strategy - Lead the division’s annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Prepare and present relevant analysis during key strategic business cycles such as STRAP, AOP, Forecast, MBRs, and QBRs, supporting leadership in identifying actions to improve the business. Act as a strategic partner to business leadership, providing financial insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Finance Business Partnership - Collaborate with PASD finance, business operations, project management, and commercial teams to align financial planning with operational goals. Support pricing strategies, revenue recognition, cost management, and capital investments with intuitive financial models. Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics to measure business performance. Analyze revenue, EBITA, cost trends, client profitability, and capacity utilization to identify risks and opportunities.
Reporting & Compliance - Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, and variance analyses to senior leadership and corporate finance. Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and financial reporting standards.
Team Development & Stability - Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team to support PASD’s financial operations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, business partnership and career growth.
