Description

Lead Finance Business Partner for all Shared Service (“SS�) teams and annual enterprise staff planning administration. Create and maintain product and platform profitability reporting to support decisioning process and establish annual budget targets. Deliver monthly Headcount Dashboard with staffing insights and discussion and analysis. Partner with Corporate Strategy Capital planning team to budget plans and create tracking for ongoing costs and benefits.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Highly motivated with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skillsAbility to extract, manipulate, and turn large sets of data into actionable insights

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Managent experience in the Financial Service industry
  • Experience using large financial reporting systems (i.e., Essbase, Oracle Hyperion, etc.)Demonstrated experience leading teams

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field10+ years of management experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis.

  • Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct, guide and develop team for high performance
  • Support business decisions through product and platform profitability insights
  • Support incentive compensation accrual process as liaison with HR leadership
  • Review and guide team to research, and explain Actual vs. Budget financial variances each month
  • Assist in leading overall company Budget and Forecast processes
  • Partner with Controlling team to optimize Oracle management reporting system, helping to drive improvements and efficiencies in our current reporting structures
  • Lead annual shared service allocation process
  • Lead periodic EBITDA adjustement review committee and drive EBITDA “cleanlinessâ€�
  • Review and analyze SS results before each accounting close to ensure accuracyDevelop excellent relationships with colleagues across the business to foster an effective cross-functional working environment and collaborative spirit
