The Regional Sales Director is critical for the growth of our Global Freight Forwarding Business within the AMR Region. The position will report to the CCO and be a key contributor to our growth strategy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage and oversee sales executives and conduct regular one-on-one review sessions with team members to assess performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
  • Work collaboratively with the Freight Forwarding leadership team to develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and consistently monitor performance against these metrics.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth for all freight forwarding products, targeting global, regional, and transaction accounts.
  • Act as a player/coach by actively participating in sales activities while providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to the sales team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate key accounts, expanding our presence by cross-selling and fostering long-term relationships
  • Recommend enhancements to improve win rates and identify strategic opportunities for sales potential.
  • Responsible for the management and leadership of an engaged team, promoting collaboration and ensuring that each employee is developed and evaluated against goals and objectives which are aligned, specific, measurable, attainable yet challenging, realistic and time bound.
