We're seeking a future team member for the role of Global Head of Regulatory Reporting team ( Director) to join Global Financial Institution. This role is located in Wroclaw. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Regulatory Strategy & Compliance: define and execute the global regulatory reporting strategy aligned with evolving regulations and organizational objectives. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting to regulators across EMEA, US, and other jurisdictions. Monitor regulatory developments and proactively adapt processes to maintain compliance. Leadership & Team Management: lead and mentor a tenured, highly skilled team with broad technical expertise in regulatory reporting. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, clients, and internal stakeholders. Governance & Risk Management: oversee governance frameworks for regulatory reporting, ensuring robust controls and risk mitigation. Drive automation and innovation in reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Cross-Jurisdiction Expertise: navigate complex regulatory landscapes across multiple regions, including EMEA and US. Harmonize global standards while accommodating local regulatory nuances. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Relevant business degree. 10 + years of relevant experience. Prior substantive knowledge and experience in the Financial Services industry. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The candidate must also have excellent legal and business judgment as well as strong negotiation skills.
