EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in funds transfer pricing, financial systems, or a similar financial services role.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing FTP methodologies in a financial institution.
• Experience with system administration, configuration, and maintenance of finance systems, specifically Oracle EPM, ERP, or other financial planning and reporting tools.
• Experience with financial data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, etc.).

SKILLS:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in finance systems, data management, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
