Description

Reporting to the Global Head of Global Business Services, the PH Center Head in leading the organization in the Philippines. The role is tasked to implement the shared services strategy and operating plans. He/She will manage performance outcomes to ensure that the Shared Service centre continues to be a differentiating capability for the company. Over time, as business or global environment change, this role takes on the leadership role on making the necessary adjustments to ensure sustained relevance.

Responsibilities

The Director, GBS Center Head will lead the organization in the Philippines and implement the shared services strategy and operating plans. This role will also manage performance outcomes to ensure the Shared Service center remains a key differentiating capability for the company.
