Responsibilities: Spearhead strategic Financial Sponsors acquisition initiatives and cultivate enduring partnerships with high-value corporate clients to entrench and drive sustainable revenue growth across the region as Global Account Managers. Originate and pitch structured bespoke financial solutions, such as acquisition finance, capital call facilities, and bridge loans by proactively identifying sponsor-led opportunities and orchestrating cross-functional collaboration for seamless execution. Expand the institutional Financial Sponsors client base through advanced market intelligence, leveraging industry networks and the bank’s regional footprint. Consistently surpass individual and team profitability benchmarks through meticulous account planning and performance optimization. Collaborate with internal product specialists to deliver integrated financial solutions, enhancing client value and maximizing ancillary income streams. Lead comprehensive credit and marketing engagements, including the structuring of complex deposit and financing arrangements tailored to client-specific needs. Design and implement sophisticated trade finance and credit facilities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and risk appetite. Conduct in-depth credit assessments and maintain active engagement with credit risk units to facilitate timely and sound credit decisions. Oversee portfolio performance through rigorous monitoring frameworks, ensuring asset quality and early identification of emerging risks. Uphold stringent compliance with internal governance standards and external regulatory frameworks across all client interactions. Develop and deliver high-impact client proposals, credit memoranda, and financial models to support strategic decision-making and deal structuring. Maintain a forward-looking perspective on market dynamics, regulatory shifts, and competitive positioning to inform client strategy and product innovation. Facilitate end-to-end client onboarding and transaction execution, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with Financial Sponsors to influence strategic direction and foster long-term engagement. Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic alliances, co-investments, and joint ventures with multinational clients. Provide comprehensive reporting and analytics on portfolio health, deal pipeline, and business development initiatives to senior management. Requirements: At least 12 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Sponsor Coverage, or Corporate Banking with a strong focus on private equity, real estate funds, or REIT platforms across ASEAN markets. Strong Corporate Finance experience and possess good relationship with Financial Sponsors will be an advantage Strong understanding of private equity investment models, exit strategies, fund structures, and sponsor-driven transactions. Proven origination and execution track record in complex corporate or sponsor-led deals across ASEAN. Regional exposure and ability to navigate cross-border teams, regulatory environments, and local business nuances. Deep familiarity with ASEAN real estate markets and regulatory environments is an advantage Credit analytical and structuring skills with good understanding of financial analysis will be an advantage Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing skills. Credit and marketing corporate finance experience will be an advantage Good management, written and communication skills. Self-motivated and result-oriented.
