Put your passion, drive, and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader. We’re looking for an experienced Director of Global Facilities Operations to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee regional workplace leaders and teams, building our global operations and strategy to create a work environment that supports productivity, well-being, and engagement. Based in our San Jose, CA office, this is a hybrid role with three days onsite and two days remote. You will be responsible for: Leading and managing the performance of global regional workplace teams, including EMEA and APAC office leaders, to ensure seamless, efficient operations Developing and implementing a comprehensive global workplace strategy aligned with organizational and hybrid work goals Overseeing the maintenance, safety, and compliance of all global office locations, including vendor negotiations and facilities budgeting Driving initiatives to enhance the employee experience by collaborating on onboarding, workplace programs, and innovative culture-building initiatives Staying ahead of industry trends to ensure facilities best practices, scalability, and employee engagement globally What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications) 10+ years of experience in workplace solutions, facilities, or a similar role with a focus on program management Experience managing globally distributed teams and overseeing office builds, renovations, and relocations Proven expertise in vendor negotiations, facilities budgeting, and ensuring workplace compliance Experience with global workplace operations, including managing multi-regional teams and facilities Ability to develop and execute successful workplace strategies aligned with business growth What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in global, culturally diverse teams Passion for innovation and improving the employee experience through creative initiatives #LI-Onsite #LI-JL5 Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
