Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As QuidelOrtho continues to expand, we seek a Director, Global HR Technology to drive innovation and excellence in HR technology, analytics, and service delivery. This strategic role calls for a dynamic leader with deep expertise in HR platforms, data-driven insights, and process optimization, all aimed at elevating the employee experience and advancing organizational success.
The Director of Global HR Technology, reporting to the Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Operations leader, will design, implement, and manage HR technology solutions aligned with the company’s vision and goals. This role ensures the effective adoption and utilization of HR technologies, including case management and survey platforms, to support organizational objectives.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Align HR technology strategies with enterprise goals to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Oversee adoption, integration, and optimization of HR platforms (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics).
  • Manage HR systems and drive process improvements for scalability and operational excellence.
  • Develop dashboards and enforce data governance for actionable insights and compliance.
  • Lead change management efforts with effective training, communication, and user engagement.
  • Build and lead a high-performing HR technology team focused on innovation and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships to optimize systems.
  • Define and implement data-driven strategies to deliver a personalized employee experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
