Director, Global Lifestyle F&B Implementation and Performance
This role is based at our corporate office in New York City, NY
This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, and owner relations for all of Hilton’s unique brands! As the Director of Global Lifestyle F&B Implementation and Performance, you will support the team that leads our brands with the goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Lifestyle team reporting to the Senior Director of Global Lifestyle F&B Strategy and Development, you will help implement food and beverage concepts and programs to enhance operational performance in the Lifestyle hotel portfolio globally.

YOU HAVE THESE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ten (10) years in food and beverage (F&B) operations
• Five (5) years in a multi-unit, multi-concept managerial role
• Two (2) years of experience creating and managing project plans for large organizations
• Experience with three (3) openings in restaurants, bars, or hotels
• Experience leading teams and collaborative projects
• Willing to travel 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally
• Onsite schedule in the New York City office
• Working knowledge in Microsoft365 and Adobe Suite
