As Director, Global Payroll at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead and oversee global payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with local regulations. You will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality payroll experience while driving operational excellence across regions. In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT to streamline payroll processes, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency and accuracy across global payroll operations. Your attention to detail will be essential in identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies and maintaining regulatory compliance. This role requires deep knowledge of global payroll operations across multiple countries, while managing a global team of Payroll Specialists. Success in this position depends on cultural and emotional intelligence, flexibility to support multiple time zones, and a strong service‑oriented mindset.   As the Global Payroll Leader, you will operate with a high sense of urgency and accountability to ensure reliable and responsive payroll delivery from our Payroll vendors, as well as from the Payroll team.
