REQUIREMENTS:
Several years of relevant international professional experience and business responsibility
Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent qualification
Proven leadership skills in international, cross-functional teams, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex market and competitive data and translate findings into strategic recommendations and business cases
High level of decision-making and execution drive, combined with strong strategic and financial understanding, as well as experience in process optimization and the implementation of global standards
Business-fluent English skills
Develop and implement an integrated global portfolio and product strategy as part of Core Industry Management (CIM)
Execute the entire product lifecycle (development, launch, maintenance, phase-out) and portfolio governance (prioritization, investment, resource allocation)
Ensure adherence to budget and financial targets in the product and portfolio domain
Building and leading a global team, as well as responsibility for budget and target achievement within the Core Industries and the product programs
Identification of opportunities and risks through benchmarking and continuous market and competitive analyses
Ensuring the successful implementation of product roadmaps and portfolio decisions in close cooperation with the (sales) regions, CIM Business Development, and the product programs
