Description

To plan, organize, direct, and control activities in support of the Company’s sales organization strategies. Achieves revenue goals within an assigned district/region or on an account basis.

MINIMUM EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Significant professional experience in commercial/industrial sales required including demonstrably successful management experience. Formal leadership experience in a sales organization required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Preferred Qualifications: *Minimum 5 years formal leadership experience in a large sales organization *Experience in global supply chain logistics including air freight, international parcel, ocean freight and brokerage
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US Annual Pay Range: $130,140.00 - $249,780.00
Additional Details: Applicants being considered will need to domicile in a US East or Midwest major metro area. This is a remote position with significant domestic travel and some international travel.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and lead a sales team consisting of leaders and sales representatives.
  • Achieve revenue goals.
  • Provides leadership in training, coaching, communications and performance evaluations.
  • Experience in recruiting and building a sales organization. Excellent human relations and communications skills.
  • Experience facilitating the development of cross-functional solutions and value responses for RFPs for global accounts
  • Global business, financial and supply chain acumen for interaction with C-suite
  • Leveraged internal global network for advocacy and facilitation of capability and solution development across the International portfolio
  • Team management and performance execution to KPIs and goals
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
