Influence decision-making at the executive level. Conduct discovery and develop strategies tailored to each organization. Negotiate and close customer contracts, determining pricing and agreements. Mentor and lead a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence. Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field. Expertise in next-generation payment systems, including BNPL/installments, subscriptions, stablecoins, and complex multi-seller marketplace infrastructures. Experience leading global expansion and managing initiatives across multiple geographies. Work Permit and Relocation Prerequisites: Must already possess valid authorization to work in the country where the position is advertised/located. 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 15+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 10+ years in a senior leadership role within Payments, e-Commerce, FinTech, or a platform-based ecosystem. Demonstrated executive leadership in digital payments, driving market share through strategic partnerships and product management. Deep specialization in Payments, eCommerce, loyalty, and complex go-to-market strategies. Proven ability to architect and scale product-led partnerships that deliver measurable business impact. Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing funding and C-level commitment for multi-year strategic initiatives. 15 years+ work experience in Sales and Solution selling Experience with Team management Commercial acumen to lead CEO-level negotiation.
