Serve as a subject matter expert within functional area, working with Team Manager to manage processes, risks and/or projects, proposing and implementing improvements/changes Act as key problem solver for area or expertise, applying detailed knowledge to address unique or novel situations, recognize risks and draw out key issues Coordinate work, train and develop other team members where required, including task allocation, and project contribution Act as Project Manager / Business Analyst leading small and medium sized projects in support of Global Loans Services Transformation Executing the GLS technology roadmap in close collaboration with our technology partners Projects include but are not limited to - new and enhanced business capabilities, efficiency and scalability gains for the Global Loan Services and beyond, and enhanced operational risk management and controls Ability to lead by example, work with drive and determination, and put forward challenging views to senior levels Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team Ability to operate independently across the majority of day-to-day responsibilities Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values and acting as a role model The role will be able to fully bring to bear strong institutional lending subject matter expertise and strong Project Execution skills, and deep People and Stakeholder management acumen. Ideal candidate will have at least 4 years prior Run the Bank or Change experience - Deep understanding of front-to-back processes and platforms around trade lifecycle Ability to continuously execute small and medium sized change projects and realize value for the business and for Global Loan Services. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $82,000 and $133,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
