Description

As a Director, GPO relationships and RFP management - Hospitals , you will be responsible to build, develop and lead an experienced national team of customer engagement professionals and drive strategies to meet revenue objectives.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed, in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience sales, RFP, and customer relations.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in generic pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with hospitals.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in managing an experienced team.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with project management.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
  • Strong communication skills and able to negotiate high impact agreements.
  • Proven experiences and achievements that show a strong sense of creativity and innovation.
  • A can-do attitude with a solution-oriented mind-set.
  • Highly organized and excellent sense with priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills. Thrives in changing and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Foster strong relationships with existing top customers (GPOs).
  • Participate actively in the development of innovative strategies to meet sales ambitions.
  • Drive commercial performance for the hospital channel through proper RFP / pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate internal communication with Field Force team on all aspects of Hospital portfolio and strategies.
  • Hospital Generics market monitoring.
  • Manages a team of 2 Sales Development Managers covering various responsibilities such as RFP responses, sales development, customer’s presentation and support to various internal and industry stakeholders’ initiatives.
