Full-Time - Fixed Term Langley Township, BC, CA Position Purpose & Summary The Director, Graduate and Divinity School provides strategic leadership for Graduate and Divinity School recruitment, ensuring the successful achievement of annual and multi-year enrolment goals. As a member of the Enrolment Management leadership team, this role contributes to institutional enrolment strategy and provides cross-functional leadership in recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives in collaboration with academic and administrative partners. Key Areas of Accountability Strategic Recruitment Planning * Develop and execute annual and multi-year recruitment plans for Graduate, Seminary/Divinity, and Adult students in alignment with the University’s Strategic Plan, Strategic Enrolment Plan, and Academic Program plans.  * In collaboration with the Executive Director, Recruitment and the Enrolment Management leadership team, produce and oversee a comprehensive recruitment strategy for distribution and implementation across key stakeholder groups. Team Leadership & Development * Lead and supervise the Graduate and Seminary/Divinity recruitment teams, including setting enrolment targets, funnel metrics, strategies, and action plans.  * Monitor progress throughout the recruitment cycle, evaluate performance, and initiate timely interventions as needed.  * Build and sustain a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.  * Contribute to shared Enrolment Management goals in support of overall University enrolment objectives. Enrolment Management & Operations * Provide leadership, in partnership with department managers, to achieve annual enrolment targets for Graduate and Seminary/Divinity programs.  * Serve as a key Enrolment Management liaison to internal stakeholders, including academic leadership and program teams, on matters related to Graduate and Seminary/Divinity recruitment.  * Work closely with the Enrolment Marketing team to ensure integrated and coordinated marketing and recruitment strategies.  * Play a leadership role in the onboarding of Graduate and Seminary/Divinity students, ensuring effective collaboration across relevant departments and services. Financial Management * Manage the Graduate and Seminary/Divinity recruitment budget, including resource allocation, expense forecasting, and accountability for team spending. Collaboration & Partnership Building * Collaborate with the Territory Development team to ensure alignment between territory strategies and Graduate, Seminary/Divinity, and Adult recruitment priorities.  * Foster campus-wide collaboration and shared understanding by working closely with internal departments and relevant external partners.  * Serve on institutional committees and maintain strong working relationships across the University as required.
