QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (postgraduate qualification would be an advantage).
• At least 12–15 years of experience, with proven success in fundraising, advancement, or donor/philanthropic engagement.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
• Passionate about healthcare and committed to making a difference in society

• Develop and execute innovative fundraising strategies to support both medical research and patient programs.
• Lead, mentor, and empower the team to deliver impactful results through overseeing the entire development process — from fundraising strategy design to donor engagement and recognition
• Build and nurture relationships with potential donors, not limiting to philanthropists, foundations, corporations, and other community partners.
• Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to craft compelling cases for research support that inspire giving.
• Ensure accountability through transparent and timely reporting as well as meaningful stewardship.
