About the Role: Veeam is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, GSI – Americas to lead and expand our partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) across the Americas region. In this role, you will define and execute the regional GSI strategy, accelerate partner‑led sales growth, and strengthen Veeam’s presence as the trusted data protection partner in GSI cloud, services, and digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with executive leaders inside major GSIs, the Americas sales organization, product and marketing teams, and Veeam senior leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
